Have your email marketing efforts not yet paid off? Emailchef Academy is here to help you achieve your goals by providing you with 3 simple tips to improve your email copy.

With our tips you can create more effective, original and attractive emails .

We have the best tips to avoid making beginner mistakes!

1 – Write a Subject that draws attention and is not trivial
According to a major research , an average user receives gambling data indonesia phone number around 100 emails every day , which means we are constantly bombarded with messages (luckily some end up in SPAM!).

The competition you have to face to stand out may seem tough, but you don't have to worry: a well-written subject line will help you get a higher open rate for your email campaigns.

The subject is the first element that the reader sees in your emails, and the one that will determine whether to open them or not, so you should avoid being ambiguous or using common phrases : no one will give it any importance if you always use the same words.

Always ask yourself what the recipient wants to read to convince them to open an email.

Here is an example of an effective subject line : “Increase your conversions thanks to segmentation.” Very easy and very profitable!

Why does it work? Firstly, it is specific and therefore different from all the others, as it specifies what the content of the email is; secondly, because the text is written to appeal to a specific group of readers: the use of the words “increase your conversions”, which are part of the language of those doing email marketing, allows you to immediately understand what topic the message will address, and also proposes a solution to what could be a problem for some.

Try to think about what would happen in the opposite case: would you open an email that had a generic phrase like “Email Marketing Tool” or “Improve Your Email Marketing”? Probably not, you might delete it or not even notice it.

2 – Always remember to say hello at the beginning and thank at the end
Successful emails can make a huge difference, creating a bond with the reader . How? Start with a simple greeting!

Of course, there are many types of greetings, but the best ones are the specific ones that mention the reader's name. Fortunately for you, Emailchef allows you to create email campaigns that can send a personalized greeting to each of your recipients, thanks to the help of custom fields .

If your recipient's name is Diego, for example, it will be easier to get in touch with him by saying "Hello Diego", compared to a trivial and impersonal "Hello". This type of message is highly appreciated by users.

Finally, remember to always conclude with a spontaneous greeting or an action of thanks : even in this case you can use the custom fields.

Don't just say "thank you," but try to explain why you are thanking the reader, to engage him or her more and make your message more effective: "Thank you for your attention," "Thank you for reading this email," "Thank you for your time," etc.
