Make the text as simple as possible

How to write a post on LinkedIn
Like LinkedIn, Twitter is another one of those lesser-used social platforms that people either love or hate. When you ask someone what their favorite social network is, Twitter is never at the top of the list. It's the giants like Instagram and Facebook that take the lead.

However, Twitter has something good: it is simple. In fact, most of its posts are text-based and manage to get straight to the point. Twitter is easily noticed because it allows anyone to post short content in a simple form.

Simply put, Twitter has done a good job of making its posts essential.

On LinkedIn, simply written posts generate more likes , comments, and views than what you will get inside the engineer database any other form of content. For example , John Espirian ’s LinkedIn content is dominated by catchy emojis and minimal text content.

Why? Because it breaks through the noise of content promotion.

By using this type of communication, people stop to read your content and are also encouraged to enter into discussions and produce more comments.

3. Don't use LinkedIn as a one-way street

How to Use LinkedIn Posts
Social media is much less effective today because every marketer has the exact same strategy: spam with various promotions and then disappear.

We all tend to think of social media as a tool to reach the masses through our content. And it’s true, people connect with our posts. But often we are the ones who are not in touch with people , assuming that they will click, comment and interact with our content.

For most marketers and businesses the cycle goes something like this:

Create a new blog post -> do live publishing -> upload -> repeat

Can you see what is missing? There is a complete lack of will to create a real connection .

If there is no reciprocity you cannot expect a continuous flow of engagement. The solution?
