Google positioning of Amazon pages with the /s parameter?

Post by JoynobAkter »

The point of this reflection is that Amazon can afford to index without consequences hundreds of thousands of pages (in Italy alone) referring to the use of internal search filters .

For example, if you search for “awnings” on Google, you will find an Amazon result on the first page whose URL contains the parameter /s? which refers to Amazon’s internal search engine, not to the corresponding product the usage of instagram database category. We will therefore have filter pages that overlap with the archives, generating a situation that should make it more difficult for Google to understand which are the “master” pages, with a worsening of organic visibility. In short, nothing good.

These pages will be in fact redundant with respect to the normal product category pages, but for Google it will not be a problem, because the dry key "amazon" alone has a volume of 20,400,000 monthly searches. If we add to the volume of the dry key the volume of all the search keys that contain the term amazon we arrive at a figure that I am really too embarrassed to write. The essence of the facts is that if the "people" ask for your site, Google must give it to them. If many people do targeted searches, containing the brand key, Google will tend to consolidate and stabilize the positioning of the website also and above all for the search keys.
