What is the Scrum framework?
It is difficult to talk about the Scrum Master without talking about agile methodology . The Scrum framework is a method used by some companies for the development of a product or an IT project.
Much more than a management style, the objective of these companies is to establish, at the heart of their organization, a working framework and good practices centered around agility.
If the Scrum method is one of the agile development methods, it is because it bases its operation around sprints punctuated by different key moments.
A sprint is a development cycle lasting between 2 and 4 weeks ios database depending on the project . It aims to fulfill a specific and clearly defined objective. Each sprint allows the delivery of a quality product increment, corresponding to the work completed by the members of the Scrum team.
The scope of the sprint is framed by a Sprint Backlog . It defines the tasks to be accomplished by the developers during the allotted period. Its construction is based on a global strategy materialized by the Product Backlog, an evolving, non-exhaustive and prioritized list of features.

What is the organization put in place during the Scrum process?
The life of a sprint is punctuated by key events, the basis of collaboration between team members. There are 4 events in the agile method.
Sprint planning : define the sprint objective and the tasks to be carried out.
Daily Scrum : synchronize the development team on a daily basis, adjust the framework and the actions implemented to achieve the set objective.
Sprint Review : present the work carried out during the sprint to the various stakeholders.
Retrospective or Sprint Retrospective : analyze the progress of the sprint and identify best practices to improve the agile process.

What is a Scrum Master?
Among the different members of an agile team, the Scrum Master is an essential role for any IT development that uses the Scrum method.
The Scrum Master acts as a facilitator. He is a coach who ensures the proper application of the Scrum process . He guides the development team through best practices and ensures compliance with the agile framework and values.
His central work also invites him to interact with the entire organization , including the various stakeholders and especially the Product Owner with whom he collaborates in any agile IT project.
