AWS Migration Saga: A German Data Center on the Way
As part of our ongoing transition of Linode data centers to AWS, we will soon be moving our German data center to AWS. Customers affected by this migration will receive email notifications if they have not already received them. We are pleased to confirm that no downtime is expected during the migration.
A new Tickets view is born
Let’s start with the big one: the long-awaited Responsive Ticket View. This new view brings together all essential ticket information in an easy-to-use format, eliminating the need to manually adjust columns and making it adaptable to any screen size, including mobile devices.

Starting with version 5.51, this new view will be gradually rolled out to accounts. Existing agents will continue to have access to the old view for now, with an option to switch to the new one in their profile settings. For new agents, the adaptive view will be the default, but they can temporarily switch back if needed.

We would love for our users to try it out and share their feedback to help us refine it further.
Possibility to configure SSO as the only login option
For those who prioritize secure access, we've added a new enhancement that allows you to configure single sign-on (SSO) as the only login method. This option eliminates the need to log in with a username and password, providing a simplified and secure authentication experience.

Improved WhatsApp integration for new WA templates
We have made major improvements to our WhatsApp integration. Starting with version 5.51, LiveAgent now supports WhatsApp's expanded media templates in addition to plain text templates.
Better yet, you no longer need to copy and paste your WhatsApp templates australia whatsapp number data from your WhatsApp number provider’s dashboard to LiveAgent. Templates are now automatically synced, so any language updates or translations you make in your WhatsApp provider’s interface will be reflected in LiveAgent.
We are pleased to announce the fix for a long-standing bug that was sometimes preventing visitors with cookies blocked from seeing attachments sent by agents in chat . The issue has been fully resolved, so attachments are now accessible to all visitors , ensuring smoother communication and accessibility.
