Get consent from your database and comply with the GDPR

If you have updated your privacy policy, if you want to keep only the subscribers who really want to receive your campaigns or if you want to obtain the consent of your database as a preventive measure for the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in this video we tell you how you should implement it with Benchmark.
Re-confirming the database:

This text is 100% customizable. You just need to modify everything that is in italics.
This action can only be done from the email marketing tool and not with Pro Automations.
What contacts poland customer email list have been confirmed?
Once you have sent your campaign, you must go to your list and click on the name of the list. Inside you will see that you will have the contacts segmented in this way:
In the “Authorized Contacts” tab you will find the contacts who confirmed their subscription.
Next, you need to click on the “three dots” in the upper right corner and choose the “Export to a file” option. A tab will open, and among the options that offer the question “Which contacts do you want to export?” you must select “Opt in Emails”. In this way, you will be downloading the confirmed contacts that you will have to upload again to have them in a separate list.
How do I demonstrate consent for my database?
When you download the list, you will also download the “Modification date” and “Optin email” columns. This last column will include the IP address for confirming consent, which is unique and identifiable and which you must save to prove consent.
