Hello, I'm Shio Ikebe, a web director.
It has been about three months since I joined the company as a new graduate in April.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, we started out working from home, but from June 1st we began working in the office three days a week, and are approaching our work with renewed vigor.
At the end of last month, I posted on this blog what I had learned so far and my goals for the month.
This time, I would like to share my findings and share what I have learned.
To increase "withdrawals"
As an "realization" made last month, I pointed denmark b2b leads out that excellent web directors have a wide range of "resources" as production "conductors."
In order to increase this "dive," we set five goals and worked on them for a month, then we will look back on what we learned, one by one.

① Knowledge (basic knowledge/trends): Create glossary, check articles
<Results>
・Vocabulary: 100 words
・Articles: I developed the habit of checking new articles on each site in the morning
<Learning>
・You can measure your own true level of understanding of terms when listening to discussions in the "field" at meetings or at the office.
・Knowing the situations and contexts in which a term is used will add to your own "drawers."
<Future goals>
The goal is to continue the same, but to actively participate in discussions and put things into practice.
