Relationship between Guest Blogging and SEO
On January 20, 2014, Matt Cutts, Google's spam fighter, published an article on his blog entitled " The Fall of Guest Blogging for SEO ", where he warned us that we cannot use Guest Blogging as a strategy to get links and thus improve SEO, since Google may consider this action as Spam and thus penalize us.

Why haven't many people followed Google Guru Matt Cutts' recommendations?
Why do we still use Guest Posting as one of the main ways to get links and improve SEO?
To try to answer these questions, I will analyze 4 relevant blogs in the sector that allow Guest Blogging and analyze the evolution of the last 6 months, since Google announced that we should stop using this practice to improve SEO.

Case Analysis 1. Pure Marketing

Analyzing the evolution graph of the keywords of Puro Marketing we cannot identify that it has been negatively affected, in fact, between the month of April and the month of May we can see a egypt email list great rise in the number of better positions located in the Google search engine, to finally a slight decrease with the arrival of Google Panda 4.0.

The content does not contain links to its authors and links only appear when they provide us with valuable information useful for the published post.

The graph of the origin of the visits is quite natural, with organic searches on Google being the source that provides the greatest number of visits.

Conclusions

Puro Marketing makes good use of Guest Posts without running the risk of being penalized. In addition, when we upload the content to the Puro Marketing editor, it will be transformed into plain text, eliminating traces of links.
