Who are we addressing?
In order to develop effective real estate inbound marketing , the first thing is to be very clear about who our ideal client or buyer persona is . In the particular case of this sector, we have to distinguish between two situations:

The real estate rental or purchase market.

The position the customer occupies in this market.

So, we see that we have four possible types of buyer personas : buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords. Each of these buyer persona types cares about different things and has to go through different stages to become a customer, so we need to define each of these customer journeys .

On the other hand, we also have to take into account the market in which we operate and include it in the characteristics of the buyer persona: trying to sell a house in the countryside in the middle of Extremadura is not the same as trying to sell a loft in a central neighborhood of Barcelona or an apartment in the Salamanca neighborhood in Madrid.
