Father's Day will be different in 2020. In many cases, virtual celebrations will replace the traditional lunch at home. It is an atypical way to celebrate the date, but important to avoid exposure to the risks of the pandemic. According to the National Confederation of Retail Directors (CNDL), 58% of Brazilians intend to buy gifts and 39% of consumers have decided to make their purchases online, while 24% say they will do so in shopping malls and 16% in department stores.
With this in mind, fintech Pag! has partnered el Salvador telemarketing with retail giants to guarantee gifts for dads all over Brazil. The partnership includes discounts of up to 40% on products purchased from online stores of brands such as Electrolux , Netshoes, Zattini and Via Varejo, which owns the Extra, Casas Bahia and Ponto Frio chains , as well as Aliexpress , the world's largest shopping website. According to Felipe Felix , CEO of pag!, the initiative goes far beyond a customer loyalty strategy. “2020 has not been an easy year, but we know that Brazilians make a point of pleasing their loved ones on special dates, such as Father's Day. So we sought out customers' favorite stores to establish partnerships that make it possible to purchase gifts.”
