DKBC seal of approval: World champion Bianca Zimmermann received her finishing touches in Unterharmersbach

At the 3rd Youth Bowling Day in Singen, SKC Unterharmersbach became the first club in South Baden to be awarded the DKBC Gold Seal of Quality for Youth Work.
The honor was presented by state president Holger Zurek and state youth director Wolfgang Lange. SKC Unterharmersbach's youth directors, Georg Brosemer and Wolfgang Lehmann, enthusiastically accepted the certificate.
Youth work has been a long-standing practice in Unterharmersbach and is one of the central pillars of the club's future. It's not for nothing that the saying goes: "He who has the youth... has the future!" It's important to me that the young people have fun bowling; success will follow. I think the introduction of the Seal of Quality for Youth Work is a great way to showcase our excellent youth work!"
The DKBC Seal of Quality for youth work within the association is available in three levels and has been available for applications since October 1, 2015, for 2016 (and is valid until 2018).
Previous recipients of the award include Blau-Weiß Auma (Thuringia), KV Liedolsheim (Northern Baden), FAF Hirschau , SKK Poing (both Bavaria), SV Geiseltal Mücheln (Saxony-Anhalt), and TSG Kaiserslautern (Rhineland-Palatinate). Successful applications were submitted by TSV Ebermannstadt (Bavaria) and TSV Westhausen (Württemberg).
