Adding reviews to places

Have you been on vacation and used the services of a hotel, had a great dinner, or maybe used the services of a local service company? You would like to share with someone about the great service, but you don't know how? Google Maps comes to the rescue.
With reviews for places, you can share your experiences with a chosen company with users from all over the world. To do this, simply find the company on the map and you can post a review.
In the opinion we can include:
rating on a scale of 1 to 5,
opinion text,
photos of a place, service, product.
We have the option to edit our opinion at any time.

The timeline in Google maps is a collection of places that we have most likely visited. Places are collected based on our location history on our smartphone. We can access it via our phone and computer. Just log in to our account. You can edit your timeline at any time, as well as completely or partially delete it. Just go to the settings section and your account.
Google Assistant vs. Google Maps
Google Assistant is an increasingly popular feature that allows you to communicate with the assistant through speech. You can ask it anything you need, or give it a command, such as "Call your mom," "Send a text message to Anna saying ...", or "What's the weather like today?"
The assistant is also helpful in operating the Google Maps application. We can ask it to plot a route to a given place, home or work. All you have to do is say to the phone: "Ok Google, plot a route home". The assistant will launch the application and plot a route to the location that we have saved as home.
Using Google Assistant is very useful on the road, when we are in navigation mode and do not want to take our attention off the road. Then we can ask "What is the next step?", "What is the traffic on the route?" or "How much time is left to the destination?". The assistant will answer all these questions.

The Google Maps app gives us route planning features vnpay database not only for cars, but also for train/bus/metro travel. All we need to do is open the app, plot a route to the place we want to go and select the means of transport at the top. We will be shown suggested routes along with departure times. Google Maps also informs us about the level of congestion at a given station in real time (if such data is available).

The route from home to work is the most common route we take. Each of us knows perfectly well how long it takes to get there. However, sometimes unforeseen situations occur, such as an accident or roadworks. Then Google Maps comes to our aid.
By setting your work position in the settings section, the app will send you information in advance about how long it will take you to get to work.
Live View on Google Maps
Using the Live View feature in Google Maps at the airport or in a shopping mall makes it much easier to find the place you're looking for. So far, the feature only works in a few places in the States, but Google has announced that the feature will be expanded to other countries.
Control music playback in the Google Maps app
To make it easier for users to control music, Google has introduced a feature to control the player directly from the navigation. To enable the feature, go to the navigation settings and enable the option "Show media playback controls."
Unfortunately, this feature is not supported by all music players.

An interesting solution that Google provides us with is playing the classic Snake on Google Maps. We choose the city we want to play in and have fun.
