Creating a survey to send via SMS is very simple. Once you have defined your target audience and chosen a platform with enough capacity to send questionnaires via SMS, you can start the action. Through the MDirector tool you can configure SMS Marketing campaigns to send surveys in this case, following these steps:

To get started, go to the SMS Marketing section in your MDirector account, and from there click on Create Sending and select Create SMS.
First, you need to fill out the Creativity section with the name of the campaign, the campaign it belongs to, the name of the sender, and tags.
In the “Enter the body of the SMS” area you should write the content of the message . Remember that space in a text message is limited (160 characters available), so when sending your surveys by SMS, ask concise and direct questions.
