The complete Facebook guide - from creating a page to Facebook Ads
Advertising on the most popular social network is a wise move for almost any company. If your target audience is on Facebook, there's no reason why your business shouldn't be advertised there. And this is the advice most marketers will give you - use Facebook ads. However, launching campaigns is only the last step in the advertising process and is preceded by comprehensive preparation.
To begin with, we will go back in time - to the very beginnings of Facebook. FaceMash phone number list is the forerunner of Facebook, created in 2003. The creator of the software for FaceMash is Mark Zuckerberg, and the idea behind the website is a kind of "hot or not" game for Harvard students (rating attractiveness based on uploaded photos) and connecting students on campus. In January 2004, FaceMash changed its name to Facebook and gradually the complete concept changed as well. Facebook is certainly not the first social network - it was preceded by SixDegrees and Friendster, while MySpace, Orkut and Flickr appeared at a similar time. However, although there was no lack of competition, we can certainly single out Facebook as the network that achieved the greatest success. Today, Facebook is at the very top in terms of traffic and is used daily by over 1.8 billion people worldwide .
Creating and setting up a Facebook page
Advertising on Facebook is cheaper than Google ads, and when defining the target group (if you have the necessary information), you can be very precise.
To get started, if you haven't already, create a Facebook profile. Creating a profile will only take you 5 minutes. Once your profile is ready, it's time to create a page for your business. Visit facebook.com/pages/create and select the “Business and Brand” option . Then enter all the important information related to your business. Choose a profile and cover image and take care of the company's visual identity. By clicking on Edit Page Info, enter the required data in the sections Description, Categories, Contact, Location, Hours.
