“At MCN Telecom, every customer is valuable, regardless of the size of their business”
Please tell us more about the company. What do you do?

We are a Russian manufacturer of sports nutrition and dietary venezuela phone number library supplements and have been on the market since 2015. PROTEIN.COMPANY carries out wholesale sales of the assortment to specialized regional retail - sports nutrition stores, and also sells its products through an online store, directly from the manufacturer. We have abandoned the office, all employees work remotely, while some of the staff are in the regions.

How difficult is it to work in the sports nutrition market? What are its features and pitfalls?

The sports nutrition market is very specific. It features Russian and foreign brands. If you produce complex preparations or dietary supplements, you need to comply with regulations governing the content of active ingredients in products. State supervision of production sites and control over the circulation of uncertified products is carried out. After a series of "doping scandals", a series of inspections of sports nutrition stores has become more frequent. In this regard, in order to successfully operate in the market, you need to offer a quality product at competitive prices.

What services do you use from MCN Telecom? Why did you choose this service provider to organize corporate telephony?

Our path to MCN Telecom was thorny. We had gone through two unsuccessful attempts to launch services with companies offering IP telephony. And, having learned from bitter experience, we were ready to cooperate only with the provider that would provide us with a demo stand to test the telephony capabilities. We also needed data on one-time costs for testing, launching into operation and monthly operating costs. And these costs had to be understandable and transparent.

We formulated the requirements for corporate telephony as follows. First, the implementation of the possibility of using a SIP phone on a desktop computer and on an Android device, a mobile phone using FMC technology as PBX clients.

Secondly, search or create a lead in the Bitrix24 CRM system and open a deal/company/contact card when making an incoming call from a number entered as a contact. If the phone number is not found, the system should create a lead. When an incoming call occurs, it should be forwarded to the number of the responsible person.

It is important for us to store call recordings on the supplier's server, display a link to the call recording after making an incoming/outgoing call in the client/lead/deal card in the CRM system.

When there is an incoming call to a corporate mobile FMC number, the call is processed on the Bitrix24 side in the same way as the uniform rules that apply to all incoming calls.

And finally, when making an outgoing call from a corporate FMC mobile number with or without dialing through a PBX – recording the conversation, linking and displaying a link to the recording to the lead/deal/contact/company entity card in Bitrix24, as well as creating a lead if the entity with the corresponding phone number is not found in the CRM.
