Once you have created your form, you can click the “Embed” button in the form builder.

A pop-up window will open where you can select the location where you want to add the module. There are 3 options: Select existing page”, “Create new page” and “Insert manually”.

If you select the “Enter manually” option, you will need to use some code. This can be a little intimidating for beginners, so we don’t recommend it.
